*Payments may be made using a debit or credit card. All cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. We will not be liable for delays or non-delivery if, for any reason, your card issuer refuses to authorize payment. Ownership of the order will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the order, including delivery charges.


Online Order Policies & Conditions
After placing your order, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail detailing your transaction ID number and confirming the value of your order, which has been debited from your credit or debit card.

Order Cancellations & Amendments
For cancellations, please contact us at orders@trinityflowers.com with the title “Cancel” or call us at 210-828-2557. We require 2 working days’ notice prior to the delivery date for cancellations of fresh flowers. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests after this deadline, however, cancellation and refunds are at the full discretion of Trinity Flowers, LLC. If you need to amend an order, please advise us 24 hours in advance of the delivery date to allow us time to accommodate the changes that you would like.

Our Refund Policy
We endeavor to dispatch all our flowers in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your flowers have been damaged in transit please keep the flowers and contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot be liable for claims reported outside of this time.
